Life does not get any better than spending your vacation escape at this marvelous villa with over 1,050 square feet of beautiful living space, dramatic decor, soothing custom paint, designer furnishings and the owner's wonderful personal touches that make this villa so appealing. The sweeping open floor plan provides the perfect atmosphere for families, couples or golfers to stay and play together.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and loaded with many extras for our guest. The cook is never out of sight or away from the fun doing on in the great room. View the awesome 50-inch HDTV from most anywhere in the living area. There are 2 DVD players one in the LR and in the Master Bedroom with a variety of movies for your enjoyment. Just outside the great room is a screened, carpeted and furnished lanai overlooking the Greg Norman 8th fairway. This condo is also equipped outside the front door with a Blink doorbell camera at the entrance.

The master suite has a very comfortable king size bed. A handsomely decorated full bath suite adjoins the master bedroom, which also has a flat screen TV and a full walk-in closet.

On the opposite end of the villa the second bedroom has two twin beds, chest, another LCD TV, a full closet and nothing but cozy comfort for our guests. A second full bath, elegantly decorated, serves both your guest and the second bedroom. Off the hall is a full laundry room.

Willow Bend has its own community pool and pool house just steps from the front door of each Willow Bend villa. Our guests are also welcome at the main resort pool 68,000 square foot saltwater pool, the largest pool of its kind in South Carolina located on the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway right in front of the 142-slip marina and next to the marina restaurant. The hot spa at the main resort pool is soothing and relaxing,

The shuttle operating from May through September, will pick you up right at the Willow Bend community entrance and bring you back whenever you are ready. You can also take the shuttle to Barefoot Landing, a shopping, dining and entertainment Mecca just across the waterway.
