The Space:

Welcome to this stunning spot - an end-unit, oceanfront, condo in Cherry Grove! The unit is in Sea Cabin, which is about as far North as you can go in North Myrtle Beach. The unit is waiting for you to come make memories!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have two parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: From the parking lot, take the stairs *Stairs required* to the 1st floor (raised) and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.



Kitchen: Newly updated! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Family room area with oceanfront views. Plenty of seating!



Bedroom 1: Queen bed. TV.



Other sleeping arrangements: Bunk bed in the hallway near unit entry.



Bathroom: Located in the hallway.



Balcony: Beautiful oceanview. Incredible for sunrises!



Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor pool! Open seasonally at HOA discretion.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: A few washers/dryers are located in the complex (coin operated). Helpful tip! Bring quarters if you plan to do laundry at the complex wide washer/dryers. They are coin operated - $2 per wash and $2 per dry.



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.



Pier: Pier is currently closed for construction. It will NOT be open for use during the stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool (based on seasonal operation).



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in a quiet and less busy part of North Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect, peaceful family vacation.

🎣 Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is about 1.7 miles

🏦 Coastal North Town Center is about 4.3 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have 2 parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



No pets. No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony. Max guest count is 4.



Routine Pest Control happens on the second Monday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
