Here is the layout: First level has a kitchen (no range), living area, 2 full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 2nd floor has one bedroom, one full bathroom, living room, breakfast area, kitchen. Lower level has two covered patios. Upstairs has two covered decks. All decks have a new aluminum roof with gutter system. There are two outside stairs to upper level. Inside stairs are locked.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay including both the upstairs, downstairs and a 4-seater golf cart.
