My family and I had a wonderful time on our family vacation. This was our first time staying in a condo this large but I was absolutely wonderful. The condo was clean spacious and looked just as it did in the photos. Check in was a breeze, which was great seeing that we hit horrible traffic causing us to have a late check-in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that feels like home away from home. We will definitely be back next year.

Convenient Location

We had a great week long stay in the condo. The best part is the location. We were able to walk to anything needed. The kitchen is very tight and one of the bed frames are extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great vacation.

Nice place

It was difficult to check in and check out because we had to get the key and return it off site. TV was bad in one of the bedrooms. We found a pill that was not ours on the floor, along with a fake nail. That being said, on the whole, we loved the place. It was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of beds and seating was very good in the main area. We’d stay there again.

Great Vacation!!

The overall stay was great. All the amenities that were advertised and the ocean view just made the trip more enjoyable. Could of used more bath towels but washer and dryer came in handy for that. Will definitely return.

Nice condo, but lacking.

Check-in process was a breeze. It was large enough for our group of 12 on the inside. The balcony is tiny that only fits 4 comfortably and is carpeted which was damp and attracts flies and gnats. It also had a moldy smell to it. Location was perfect. The view from our condo was slightly obstructed by trees. Beds and linens were comfortable, however there were not enough towels for all 12 guests and there were no extra linens provided for the pull out sofa. The sofa was also full of crumbs. The kitchen is small and only one person can be in it at a time. There was only one pot and pan to cook for such a large group. Two of my guests had unexplained insect bites on their legs and one guest had two small bugs that appeared to be bed bugs the evening before we left. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience except for the bugs.

Would not stay again

We have stayed in many different beach condos in SC & FL and this was our least favorite. -no daily “free activities” as it’s advertised. There’s a coupon you get from somewhere for 1 person per day. -Kitchen is not equipped to handle making meals for more than 4 people. Not enough plates, serving pieces, cooking pans etc. The largest pan was an 8 in non stick. Made it difficult to make dinner for our group. -parking garage is a nightmare and very tight for large SUVs. -No beach chairs/toys on the property. Most others we’ve stayed had some basics and was nice not to have to buy or bring from home. -Check in was a nightmare. Most other properties have keyless entry. Standing in line for 45 mins during 4pm check in. Seems the rental company should stagger check in so they aren’t as annoyed with all of the people and everyone can have their questions answered. We were told the brackets for pools didn’t need to be worn, just in the beach bag. Day 2 kids and adults weren’t allowed in because I had them in my bag at the beach. Completely understand they need to keep non guests out but was annoying trying to keep track of bracelets and if any were lost we needed to replace. Not mentioned prior to check in and not something we dealt with at other properties. Location was good- close to many restaurants and grocery store. We made the best of it and had a great time. I would just want To be aware of some of these things if I were looking at properties in the future.

Great room and location

The room was exactly as advertised and enough room for 5 adults and 5 kids. Right on the beach in North Myrtle and well equipped. We were missing some remotes and the batteries in many others were dead, but overall this is a great unit. Would stay here again.

Great Vacation Place

It was a great property and very clean. The only problem we had was we found two bed bugs in one room and when the bug guy cane to inspect he found one in another room. We were offered to either leave the premises for an entire day, which was not convenient or for him to spray the beds and the manager provided new linens for the entire house. We were told to wash all our clothes in the hottest water and dry them. Instead, we did wash our clothes before we packed them out. We sprayed the suitcases with alcohol before we packed our clothes, this did add more stress to us as our youngest grandson refused to sleep in his bed because of the bugs. We did have a great time in Myrtle Beach and the house was clean and well took care off. The manager reacted quickly and got our problem taken care of.

Clean, large condo right on the beach

The location of the condo is excellent. Not only is it a corner unit on the first floor overlooking the beach, it’s close to lots of restaurants and shopping - very convenient. Being on the north side, it’s much quieter and less busy than Myrtle Beach proper. The condo was clean and spacious, and starter amounts soap, trash bags, shampoo, etc. are provided. Stores are very close if you run out during your stay. My family loved this spot and highly recommends it!

Plenty of room!

We enjoyed our stay very much there was plenty of room for our family and our two grown sons as well as our daughters family. There were lots of towels and extra linens. Pots and pans were a bit sparse if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking indoors. The first floor still had a nice view of the ocean and since it was cold and rainy everyday we were there it was nice to use the large very warm jacuzzi
