This is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath with an open deck with a view of the golf course. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and the new North Myrtle Beach Athletic Complex. You Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. Motorcycles/trailers or motor homes are not permitted on the property.

Overlooking the Golf Course. This unit is in a gated community. Two double beds, two twin beds, full kitchen, dining room, living room, open deck. Gound floor condo.

The Neighborhood:

This is a gated golf community with 24 hour security. No house parties allowed and a 10 pm noise ordinance in the community. Motorcycles, RV's, Trailers are not allowed on property.



Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.



Other Things to Note:

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.

Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties. Motorcycles, RV's, Trailers are not allowed on property.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
