AC and our unique fully opening multi slide patio door helps you get the most from the warmer months. Huge windows throughout let you fall asleep to the sound of the creek rushing by.

For the mums out there and the excellent chef like dads! The kitchen comes with all the things. Slow cooker, ice cream maker, Dutch oven, toaster, Yorkshire pudding pan, baking sheets, Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffee and hot chocolate. Not to mention 5 burner stove, a griddle and 2 full sized ovens! Yes you can make a roast with all the trimmings! Also provided salt and pepper and variety of spices, a few goodies from England for those Brit’s that are missing home! As well as cooking spray, olive oil, butter, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, there are normally onions and potatoes there as well and veg stock, beef stock and chicken stock! All I ask is if you use it all or most of it please replace it. The English items shoot me a message and I will re order!

The games cupboard is stock with loads of games for all ages! Including cards, board games and puzzles! While hanging out with the family listen to the records…… Or alternatively curl up on the couch with a super soft throw, fire on watching the snow fall like your in your very own snow globe!

The dining room table is a transformer table and can accommodate up to 12 people! Just follow the instructions!

There is a security camera in the front yard and the back yard and the door bell.
