This lakeside hideaway is nestled in a wooded glade in North Norfolk, 6 miles from the seaside resort of Cromer. Enjoying a peaceful setting within a bespoke holiday village, it’s the perfect place for couples and small families to fully switch off and embrace nature. The surrounding area is awash with scenic walking trails to explore, including the Bure Valley Path, which winds along the river and the Weaver’s Way, which takes you to some of Norfolk’s most picturesque villages. Alternatively, head north to spend a traditional day at the seaside in Cromer, watching a variety show at the end of the pier or sampling the famous Cromer crab in one of the many seafood restaurants. There are some excellent family attractions within easy reach, including Bewilderwood, Amazona Zoo, and the Bure Valley Railway (all within 15 miles).


The stylish glamping pod is set on a family-run holiday park, overlooking the fishing lake and surrounded by trees. Step inside to discover tranquil, studio-style accommodation, with beautiful wood-panelled walls and calming decor in tones that reflect the local landscape. Rustle up hearty breakfasts and light bites in the chic kitchenette, or perch at the breakfast bar with a morning coffee as you plan the day’s itinerary. In the evenings, get cosy on the plump sofa and stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV. When it’s time for bed, choose from an inviting double bed or a bespoke bunk bed that’s suitable for children. Freshen up in the contemporary shower room, which completes the interior of the pod.


Outside, listen to the sounds of nature in your enclosed outdoor space, which features a decked area with a bubbling hot tub and a seating area with a fire pit and BBQ. You’ll have private access to the on-site fishing lake, and guests are also invited to make use of the on-site shop and children’s play area. Private parking is available for one car.
