It's a short 2-minute walk to the Norwich lanes where you can find the popular Grosvenor Fish Bar, which is a traditional fish and chip shop, with a twist.

To the left of the lounge, the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the necessary cookware and utensils. House Rules:

- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Damages:

We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Terms of Stay:

A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided.

Extras:
