All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first and second floors. There is a toilet and wash hand basin on the ground floor.

The property comfortably sleeps large groups, with seven well-proportioned bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, offering both comfort and privacy. The house is fully equipped throughout, featuring a large, well-stocked kitchen ideal for group cooking, spacious dining room for shared meals, and comfortable living spaces to relax together after a day at the beach.

Step outside into the extensive private garden, perfect for children and dogs to play safely. Unwind in the luxury hot tub, in its own cabin adjacent to a courtyard that is a real suntrap. The garden also offers plenty of space for outdoor dining, games, and socialising.

We are dog-friendly, welcoming up to 4 well-behaved pets so no one has to be left behind. The nearby coastline and countryside provide wonderful walking opportunities straight from the door. Mundesley Beach is dog friendly with miles of sandy beach to explore.
