The Ivy offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing break - whether it's for a couple of nights, or a couple of weeks! Welcome to “The Ivy” – one of 5 boutique luxury apartments within a recently converted large Victorian detached house in a prime location on the ever popular Unthank Road.
Unthank Road sits within Norwich's highly sought-after Golden Triangle which boasts easy 3 minute walks to the coveted Unthank Road coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries and grocery stores. Norwich city centre is a relaxing 20 minute walk away or for those in a hurry, the 25 bus is available every 10 minutes to the UEA, N&N or the City.
This is a newly converted, luxury retreat for business, for pleasure or both! You will have access to a private allocated parking space, a fully equipped kitchen for entertaining & a large lounge with a rather fabulous 55” TV.
There are 2 double bedrooms with this apartment. Both bedrooms are large, fully fitted and include double beds, luxury linen, fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage options plus each has a good sized en-suite shower room.
Stay connected with 200Mb broadband, practice your culinary skills in the large fully equipped kitchen or sit back on the comfy French Connection sofas and take in the latest movie from one of the TV’s many built in streaming services (subscription required) – don’t forget the popcorn!
