Guest Access

Private driveway with parking for multiple vehicles.
Guests enter using a lockbox. Please return the key at checkout. Lost keys incur a $150 replacement fee.

Good to Know

This is a historic home built in 1870, which means you’ll experience some original charm like creaky floors and vintage details.
We’ve paired that character with modern essentials including WiFi, smart TVs, AC, and laundry.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so this is not a party house. We ask guests to respect quiet hours in the evening.

House Rules

• Registered guests only. Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors or additional guests are not allowed for safety and insurance reasons.
• No smoking of any kind. Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
• No parties or events. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially when arriving late in the evening.
• Please respect the artwork and decor. The home contains a curated art collection and historic pieces. Guests may not touch, handle, or move artwork or decorative items.
• Do not move furniture. Furniture and decorative items must remain in their original locations.
• No confetti or glitter. These materials are very difficult to clean and are not allowed inside the home.
• No tape, nails, or adhesives on walls. Decorations may not be attached to walls, doors, or furniture.
• Keys must be returned to the lockbox at checkout. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a $150 lock replacement fee.
• Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
