Casa con Patio 2 has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool, and is suitable 6 guests. The master bedrooms has a private patio designed to bring nature inside the house.
The house is walking distance to a mini market and Pelada restaurants, and just a 5 min drive to Guiones town.

Casas con Patio is a complex of two separate houses of 3 bedrooms each. The complex is organized around a central courtyard.

Casa con Patio 2 has 2 private patios/courtyards ones which gives light to the interior spaces of each house. The architectural concept was created with the purpose creating the feeling that the house is levitating above the gardens and that every space inside the house is illuminated throughout the day with natural light.

The kitchen has a big area for storage and the U shaped working area to create a very functional social-working space, this social space has a double height celling and a cross natural ventilation system that keeps the area fresh without the need of AC. The travertine brise-soleil of the social area makes the light of the morning be gentle to appreciate the beautiful mornings of Nosara.

Casa con Patio 2 has its own marble private pool and a granite terrace with puffs to enjoy the exterior areas. The bedrooms have hotel quality mattresses, open Guanacaste wood closet, a desk (for those who work remotely), and AC. The project also has a purifying water system making tap water drinkable and fresh.

Also, for those who work remotely we have fiber optic wifi, so you can send all your emails from the comfort of this home.

The rooms have the following sleeping arrangement:

- Master suite: King sized bed and master bathroom (with internal garden, indoor shower and outdoor shower).

-Guest room 1: Queen sized bed

- Guest room 2: 2 single beds

**Guest room 1 and 2 have a shared bathroom upstairs.

The house is walking distance to a mini market, and the restaurants in Pelada, such as La Luna. The house has all the amenities you need to enjoy your week at paradise. We are sure you will create memories that will last a lifetime in these houses.

Guest access

We recommend renting a golf cart for those who want to be also in Guiones, it is around a 5-10 min drive depending on where you want to go in town. Or you can also hire a Tuk Tuk to drive you around town.
If you are coming from the airport you can either come by shuttle, fly to Nosara Airport or rent a car.

Other things to note

Please note that Guiones is a developing town, so we have construction going on in the neighborhood. We have a construction project going on nearby the house, in case something changes we will let you know right away. This is why we are offering a construction discounted rate.
