Villas Lavanda and Il Mandorlo have been designed to satisfy all those who love peace and tranquillity while in their holiday villa with its own swimming pool. The famous Baroque town of Noto is only 1.5km and the sandy beaches of Vendicari Nature Reserve are a mere 10 minutes’ drive.

The two villas are close to each other, separated by olive groves so they each offer privacy. Both villas have their own private pool and garden. They are ideal for a large group or two families.

VILLA LAVANDA – Sleeps 8

The villa, built only a few years ago, is modern and light and it develops all on one floor.

All rooms have doors that open on the outside patio surrounding the house. Each room has its own TV. Air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, DVD player, Satellite TV with free channels. A welcome pack is provided on arrival and pool/beach towels are also made available to guests. A cot can also be provided for babies in almost all bedrooms where there is sufficient space.

Large living room with a well equipped kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both with shower. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave oven. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

The bedrooms are as follows:
Master Bedroom (with double bed and the possibility of adding an extra single bed) and en-suite bathroom
Double/twin/triple (2 single beds pushed together with the possibility of adding a third bed).
Double/twin (2 single beds pushed together).
The two twin bedrooms share the use of the second bathroom with shower.

Outside, you have a choice of areas to relax. There is a porch with table and chairs and comfortable seating for outdoor dining. Loungers and sun umbrellas by the pool (3m x 12m). A portable BBQ is available for the chefs in the group.

VILLA IL MANDORLO – Sleep 7

The accommodation develops all on the ground floor. It is airy and bright with good modern style furniture and all rooms have French doors opening onto the outside. The living room, accessed directly via the large sliding doors from the porch area, is equipped with sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. From the living room, we access the separate kitchen area with small table and chairs, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. The kitchen also has direct access to the porch.

The sleeping area consists of one double/triple bedroom (with double bed and possibility of adding a third bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower, two double/twin bedrooms (two single beds pushed together or separate) that share a bathroom with shower. Baby cots can be added in almost all bedrooms where there is sufficient space.

Outside, the main focus of the villa is the covered porch area, equipped with comfortable furnishings, perfect for al-fresco dining, and the private swimming pool (12 x 3m) equipped with sun lounges.
