Two Bedroom Beach Front Condo with Amazing Ocean View

Secure and comfortable, this 2 bedroom and 2 bath oceanfront condo in a gated community is located
on beautiful Playa Serena Beach, connecting directly to Coronado Beach. While many rentals advertise
their closeness to the beach, Playa Serena is ON the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee while looking
out over the Pacific Ocean. In the afternoon take one of the pool noodles in the condo and float in the warm pacific while making friends with the many expats who visit here year after year.  
WHAT TO EXPECT: A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator with water and ice
maker, coffee maker, and all the glassware, dishes, bowls, pots & pans, silverware and utensils you
should need. At the back of the kitchen are a stacked washer/dryer and an added drink cooler to ensure
there is plenty of room in the fridge for your food. The 2 bedrooms are furnished with one king bed and one queen bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bathroom is steps away from the second bedroom. Hi-speed WiFi throughout the condo makes it easy to keep up with your social media and in contact with friends and family. A 65-inch flat screen smart tv in the living room is connected to our Amazon Cube and includes apps for many streaming services.  The condo has A/C units in the bedrooms and living room as well as overhead fans in every room.  Quality mattresses, linens, and towels are provided for your comfort. Guests are provided with start up materials: soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. If you have a car you can park in our reserved covered parking space. Guest parking also available.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: At least 2 weeks before you arrive we will provide you with an information letter that will give you detailed information such as directions from the airport, information about the condo such as the WiFi password, combination to the safe, entry door security code, and contact information for our property manager, Rachael, who is fluent in both Spanish and English and ensures everything is in place for your stay. There is a $50 cleaning fee paid to the manager in cash when checking in.
WHAT WE ARE CLOSE TO: The town of Coronado is a 20 minute walk down the beach or a 10 minute
drive (a $5 - $6 taxi ride). In addition to taxis there is bus service at a cost of under $1. In Coronado you will find a walk-in medical center; 4 large 24-hour grocery stores; multiple roadside farm stands selling
papaya, pineapple, melons, avocado, and assorted vegetables; pharmacies; churches; banks; and
restaurants. At Playa Serena you are a short distance from restaurants in Nueva Gorgona, most are
walkable. Three small convenience/grocery stores are also in walking distance. Panama City, the capital of Panama, is less than 2 hours away, and it is easy to visit if you want to explore The Panama Canal or Albrook Mall, the largest mall in Central America. Among my favorite sites are the Biodiversity Museum, the Canal museums, and strolling around Casco Viejo (the old town), a good place to buy a Panama hat.
