The Space:

Soft ocean air drifts through the balcony as the light shifts across Banderas Bay, setting a calm rhythm for your stay. Mornings begin with coffee at the table or outside, while evenings settle into the steady sound of the Pacific nearby. The setting encourages a slower pace, with time split easily between beach walks, poolside moments, and quiet time at home.



Sleeping arrangements

This single-level condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1 bath. Air conditioning helps maintain a cool indoor environment, while thoughtful touches like clothing storage, hangers, a safe, mosquito net, and a washer support both short and extended stays. Long term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no.__4__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.
