Just for the kids, a fully-staffed Kids Club with kiddie splash area and activities building gives the little ones in your group their own kind of fun. And for everyone, the Sky Lounge infinity pool on the 11th floor of the Luxxe Tower 5 with a stunning view of the entire Puerto Vallarta region is a must see!
ACTIVITIES: A full menu of activities scattered throughout the resort means there is something for everyone at all times throughout the day. Within the gym complex are two cardio rooms with a variety of cardio options, a weight room with a wide selection of machines and free weights, a spinning room, and a spacious yoga/exercise class/stretching room. As our guest, you have access to the gym free of charge.
ROOMS: You will love the Italian marble, floor to ceiling windows, oversize melt-to-your-body king beds, jacuzzi tubs, gourmet kitchens and lavishly inviting living rooms, two and a half bathrooms, spacious fully furnished balconies with a private plunge pool. Your room is carefully tended to by the maid twice daily, change and turndown. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are for a minimum 7-night stay. Children are considered to be 12 and under. Living rooms include sleeper sofas to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room. Because the resort books quickly, booking at least 6 months out or earlier can help guarantee the dates you wish to travel. Availability from January through March is very tight, so reservations for this period should be made as far in advance as possible. Blackout dates are Christmas, New Year, and Easter. Reservation dates can be modified up to 60 days prior to check in. Less than a 60-day notice cannot be modified albeit for medical emergency. Free shuttle service from the airport to the resort is arranged for your arrival. Your concierge will help arrange a shuttle or taxi for your departure at guest cost.
Payment at the resort is cashless; you may use your credit card or register your credit card at check in to get set up for a signature-only payment system.
A small municipal tax of around $8 (depending on the value of the pesos to dollar) is charged each day.
Because this is a membership resort, an offer to attend an informational (sales) meeting that includes a free breakfast, discounts on tours and resort activities, and 10% off food and beverage at check-out is presented at check-in. It is optional and there is no obligation to attend.
