This Two Bedroom Presidential Villa features two bedrooms with one king-size bed and two double beds, two and a half bathrooms with two Jacuzzi tubs, a private terrace with plunge pool, a gourmet kitchen, one living room with sleeper sofa, one dining room, and five TVs.

This rental includes:

INTERNET: Free in-room internet access.
GOLF: Reduced rates on green fees.
GYM & SPA: 2 for 1 basic 50-minute massages plus use of all facilities of the gym and spa free of charge.
TENNIS COURTS: Free use of courts including use of the facilities and use of towels. It does not include the cost of nighttime illumination.

Your stay can start on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, with reservations in 7-day blocks only. Our unit is available at any time of the year, with the exception of Christmas week and Easter week. Contact us with your desired dates (we can book up to 12 months out) and we can quickly confirm the availability of that date.

This IS NOT an all-inclusive resort. In addition to your food, the resort charges a hotel tax (between $40 and $80 USD a week depending on the value of the Mexican peso) which is not included in the rental charge but must be paid when checking out.
You will usually be offered a free breakfast and discounts on tours, resort activities, etc. if you would like to attend an “informational” briefing on the wonders of the resort. You have no obligation to attend these briefings.

Reservations for specific dates are dependent on availability of the units at the resort. Availability from January through March is very tight, so reservations for this period should be made as far in advance as possible.
