Although the staff were amazing, you can feel stranded here. I would recommend staying on Nyaungshwe and getting boat trips from there. Or just spending 1 night here. The worst part is that you get no sleep as motor boats are working late to the night and early in the morning. Also prayers go on through the night. Not that I want to complain about that but it adds to the ‘no sleep’ issue. They also wanted to charge us $350 for a driver where in Nyaungshwe we found one for $100... Sorry guys, as lovely as you are we had a bad experience.

Thank you for your feedback. It is a local traditional transportation means for boat and inconvenience noise from the village. But we are not clear about your driver charge. We would take action of inquiry on the charge that make you unconformable.
