The first floor features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is anchored around a gas fireplace and flat screen TV with large comfy sofas. High ceilings, neutral colors, and discreet art make this a calming sanctuary and a great place to chill. The farmers porch is a fantastic spot to hang out and relax.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The beds include one king, one queen, and one double/full bed. Plus a queen wofa bed in the second bedroom

There is a lower level Media Room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV and a fully equipped gym with spin bike, treadmill, weights, mats and resistance bands.

The farmer's porch entryway looks out over the front lawn. There is a smaller back deck and outside shower that open up to a private fully fenced and gated back yard with a firepit.
