Tickencote is a cedar-clad retreat located three miles from the town of Oakham. It boasts two bedrooms which include a double with an en-suite and a twin/ double room with en-suite. The property can sleep four people. Its interior also comes with an open-plan living area containing a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will discover plenty of off-road parking, surrounding lawns and a patio with furniture an a barbecue. Tickencote is a peaceful getaway for friends and family to enjoy. The Neighborhood:
Exton is set in the East Midlands county of Rutland. The Fox and Hounds public house overlooks the tree-planted green in the centre of the village. Oakham is the nearest town, boasting many pubs, bars and eateries, as well as shops. There is also a local history museum, a 12th century castle and a 14th century church. The Rutland Water Nature Reserve offers watersports, a water adventure park, birdwatching, a sailing club and fishing opportunities, with the Rutland Water Golf Course overlooking the lake.
