The guest suite is exclusively for those who book the backyard unit. There is a separate unit in the front, which is not accessible to backyard unit guests. Parking is available on the street, as the driveway is reserved for guests of the front unit.

The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 3 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 5.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property allows pets. We charge $150 per pet. If you want to add more pets, that's an additional $150 each pet, which will be charged via the Resolution Center of Airbnb after the reservation is confirmed.

Please note: The unit is located behind the main house, accessible via a small alley on the left side of the property.

The front unit may be rented by different guests, so please be aware that you might see various people entering the premises in that case.
