Cozy Ocala cottage with large privacy fenced backyard, fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs, and a grill making it a perfect place to relax with your friends, and pups! The home is equipped with all essential items to make your getaway stress free. For your safety, the home does have an automatic locking keypad deadbolt, and motion cameras outside only.

The home does have good wifi, and a small workspace in one of the bedrooms. We also included board games for your game nights!

This split floor plan house is perfect for guests with multiple parties, as the master bed/bathroom is a haven. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make a delicious meal. The laundry is just off the kitchen for a very functional space.

House is equipped with a digital code padlock so no need to worry about keys. For the security of yourself, and the home, the padlock auto locks after 30 seconds of the door closing. Check in, and check out with ease!

The home does have a Ring camera at the entrance for security purposes. There is only a camera on the exterior of the home.

Conveniently located NW of Ocala's city center and in close proximity of to grocery stores, and pharmacies. We are also close to numerous attractions in the areas (listed below).

- Perfect spot for staying during horse shows: 11 mins to the new World Equestion Center, and 15 mins to HITS.
- 30 minutes to Gainesville with wonderful trails to walk, restaurants to enjoy, art galleries and more. 45 min drive to airport.
- 1.5 hr drive to Orlando FUN and airport.
- 30 min drive to Dunnellon and Rainbow river with boat rentals and bars on the water.
- 20 min drive to Silver Springs with amazing walks, and river tours.
- 1 hr drive to beaches!
- 1.5 hr drive to St. Augustine rich in history, shopping, beaches and fun!

Keypad on the front door is set to auto-lock after 30 seconds. Please do not disable this as its for your safety and the security of the property.

When parking please allow enough room for the lawn service crew to ride the mower past your vehicle and thru the gate to the backyard.

If you are there, the trash gets picked up early Monday and Thursday mornings. I recommend putting it out the night before.

If you use the grill please disconnect the propane tank once you are done.

$1000 refundable damage deposit will be captured on your card for a period of 7 days starting 2 days before your check out.
