Fully remodeled, and newly furnished Tudor style home in beautiful NW Ocala neighborhood. This spacious home has an open floorplan has three large bedroom all with king size beds, including a large master suite. The master bathroom includes a large walk-in shower.

The living space includes a 65` TV, large bar top for entertaining, and an office making this home ideal for fun or just a change in scenery to work remotely. The backyard include a patio, grill, and large private yard perfect for your pups if they`d like to join.

• We want you to make yourself at home, so if you move items during your stay please make sure they are back in their original placement prior to check out.
• Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is correct. If you have additional overnight visitors please notify your hosts.
• No events unless coordinated with the host.
• No smoking. If smoke is detected after check out an additional $500 charge will be applied to your reservation.
• If your pups join you we asked that they stay off the furniture. If you leave them at home, please bring a crate to reduce the risk of damage to the properly. Please clean up after them in the yard, and dispose of the waste in the trash can. Lastly, we work hard to maintain nice yard, so please no digging. A charge will be applied if the yard is damaged.
• Laundry is available in the home, and free of charge but please only wash linens, towels, or clothing. Any pet/horse laundry is prohibited.
• If you use the propane grill during your stay please ensure the propane is off after use, and the grill is covered.
• Trash pick up days are Monday/Thursday early AM. We would greatly appreciate if you placed the can at the curb the night prior if you are at the home during these days.
• For those staying more then 30 days we will provide the garage door opener fob. Please leave on the kitchen counter prior to check out. Replacement fee if lost is $50.
