The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, updated cabinetry and is ready for all your culinary needs. The dining room has a large dining room table and seats 6. The bedrooms have a queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and there is a Queen sleeper sofa. The large screened in balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening after your fun filled day. There is also a full-size washer/dryer in the unit and wireless internet.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month of September.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
