You'll love this condo in the Adagio building, perfectly located on 59th St. and close to many favorite hot spots! This condo has many upgrades including luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and a fantastic gourmet kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a wine bottle cooler. It also has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two has two double beds and bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunk bed with a twin bed over a double bed, allowing you to sleep 9 people comfortably. High speed Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided and there are Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. Relax on the balcony with a view of the ocean and morning sunrise and also take in the amazing bayside evening sunsets. If you have a baby or toddler, there is a Pack 'n Play, high chair and stroller here for you so you don't need to worry about bringing these items with you. This condo is on the fifth floor and there is an elevator in the building. You'll receive one assigned parking spot and there is another guest parking spot available on a first come, first served basis, although it is normally available. Also, there is typically free street parking within a block or two if needed. The building parking is under cover on the main level of the building and has a 7'0" clearance. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse and Alley Oops to name a few! Also close to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options!

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $145. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
