Come get your beach on at 16 Corner Store Lane!  Five bedroom, 5 bathroom townhome that will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat in after a sunny day at the beach.  You can pack lighter as 6 Beach Chairs, a Beach Cart, & a FREE Linen/Towel Package are provided!  All seven televisions are SMART TV'S and Comcast Cable is also available on Level 2 in one of our two Living Rooms!  Venture beyond to experience the luxury of both an outdoor and indoor pool, offering the ideal blend of sun-drenched serenity and year-round aquatic enjoyment.

Traveling with friends or family? We also rent 18 Corner Store Lane, which is perfect for large families vacationing together that need two rentals!

Level 1 offers a bedroom with a Double bed & half bath in the hall, Level 2 has the Kitchen,  two Living Rooms & a Dining Area, with access to a furnished balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or late evening cocktail.  Level 3 is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a King bed, TV, and private master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, Bedroom Two with a Double bed & TV, Bedroom Three offers a Twin over Full Bunk w/Twin Trundle & TV, and a full size hall bathroom. The top level offers a bed and bath combo with a Queen bed, TV, and private balcony!  

GRILL for the grill master in the family!  Bring your charcoal/lighter fluid.  Grilling utensils will be available for use.

Let Sunset Island be your vacation destination in 2026!  A 37-acre private community on 67th Street with fun for the whole family...Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Kiddie Pool, Interactive Splash Fountains, Bayfront Dining, General Store, Walking & Bike Path, Fishing & Crabbing Pier & Bayfront Beaches. Guests who've stayed in Sunset Island come back year after year!

Sunset Island Registration Fee:   $200 per reservation and included when booking.  This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes.  Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups. 

2 or 3 Night Minimum before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.  

No smoking ~ No pets
