Guests are conveniently provided two complimentary reserved gated parking spaces. Belmont Towers is IDEALLY located right between Dorchester and 1st street at the beginning of the boardwalk! Guests may walk the board walk or take the tram (based on weather and ridership in-season). Within a short walk, guests can get to the world famous Thrasher's French Fries, Trimper's or Jolly Roger's Rides, or the famous boardwalk sign among many others shops, restaurants and attractions! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.



Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊



Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.



If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.



The firepit is currently unavailable for guest use. The HOA has restricted all access due to safety concerns and a previous incident in another unit.
