Beach House 106 is a cute and cozy, one bedroom one bath ocean block condo on 44th street in Ocean City, Maryland. Situated on the ground floor, it is an easy in and out for luggage and groceries and just a short walk up the sidewalk to the dune crossing and the beach! This is a superb location close the Ocean City Convention Center, Belly Buster's, On the Bay Seafood, 45th Street Tap House, mini golf and a quick drive to the Ocean City Boardwalk. Relax in the living room in the evenings while watching your favorite cable TV show or surfing the internet, and cook your favorite meals anytime in the fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Sleeping up to five guests, bed sizes include a pyramid bunk bed and a double bed. The condo includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. ----Non-smoking non-vaping. No pets please. Property rents any 3 nights all season.
