The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and taking in the summer breezes coming off the bay. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with wireless internet.

The complex is very well maintained and features a large outdoor pool/baby pool. Located near 120th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants such as Liquid Assets, Green Turtle and Lombardi's to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to several grocery stores and Malls for last-minute supplies. If you are looking for a break from the beach, Northside Park is a short drive/walk away with numerous fun activities for the family including fireworks on Sunday nights. If you don't want to go to the park to watch the fireworks, this unit's balcony provides an excellent view of the exciting show!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Harbour Club is not an elevator building.
* Two parking spots are provided
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial weekend and Labor Day weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 120th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
