Beautiful, single home on a wide canal with boat slip and large pier.

Relax with your family and friends in our beautiful, clean, well-appointed, family vacation home in north Ocean City. The property is ideally located on a dead-end street making it very enjoyable with less traffic and noise. Enjoy your favorite drink, watching the sunset, on the expansive waterfront deck while relaxing on the gliding Adirondack chairs as you watch the boats go by. Fish, crab and kayak off the large back pier. Guests may also bring their boat and utilize the boat slip. The boat slip can hold a boat up to 35ft in length and 9ft 8 inches in width. The 2nd floor bonus room is a fun separate area for family members or kids to hang out, watch TV, play board games, card games or build a Lego's creation. There is also a foosball table along with an arcade cocktail table that has several different 80s themed video games including Pac Man, Space Invaders, Frogger and Donkey Kong. The house sleeps 8 MAX. There are 3 Full bathrooms, each with double sinks and a shower. There are no bathtubs. There is an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water). The outdoor shower is only on during the summer season. There is WIFI throughout the house, 2 kayaks, and a stand-up paddle board for guests use along with a medley of life vests. There are 4 beach chairs and a couple boogie boards for use. We are conveniently located near North Side Park which is Ocean City’s largest and most popular park. This 58-acre park has softball/baseball fields, a soccer field, a multipurpose field, a playground, picnic area, two piers, over 1 mile of walking/jogging paths and an outdoor exercise area. Over the summer North side park also has "Music in the Park" every Sunday, followed by fireworks. The fireworks can also be seen right off our back deck!
We built this home as our family's true "Home Away from Home" and you will notice that as soon as you walk in the door. If you are looking for the perfect, relaxing, comfortable, stress free get a way, this is it!
Adults must be 30 years of age or older to rent.
This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING property. This house is NOT for parties. Only those on the rental agreement are allowed on the property. No Pets. There are outdoor security cameras.
