On those days when you don’t want to be on the beach, enjoy the large sundeck with an outdoor pool, kiddie pool and tiki bar. There is also a heated indoor pool that is open for year-round enjoyment! There is a tennis court along with a pickle ball court for those of you looking for a little competition. The kids will love the game room that also has two pool tables. There is a nice size gym for those of you looking to keep up with your workout routine and a sauna to help you relax those sore muscles. The building is located on 109th street and close to excellent restaurants, grocery stores, Northside Park, movies, miniature golf, go carts, laser tag and even a water park.

You will love the ocean views and sunrises from this beachfront unit. Inside you will find updates throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops, a tile backsplash and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There are twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. A remodeled Jack and Jill bathroom has two 1/2 baths and a shared shower. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and there is free WIFI for those that want to “stay connected.” There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit for guest use.

* A one-time $75 resort fee paid to directly to the Golden Sands at check-in and this will provide 1 parking spot. Additional parking spots may be available at $20/day but are on a first come first served basis. (Parking is handled directly through the bldg.)

* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 6th floor. Golden Sands is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 109th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
