Located oceanfront on 39th St., this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is updated and well-equipped with everything you need for a peaceful visit to Ocean City. This retreat has extra windows that create a light and airy atmosphere. Wake up to gorgeous views of the ocean and beach from the living room or main bedroom window, then step outside onto the private porch to enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises. It's like having the beach right in your backyard. There is also a balcony on the backside of the building looking in the direction of the pool area. Enjoy beautiful, beachy decor, updated bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, and an upscale kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Free WiFi is provided.

You'll be mere steps from the community pool and beach and also within walking distance of many popular restaurants and attractions. Amber Waves is just a block away from the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, which hosts hundreds of wonderful events throughout the year such as Cruisin' Ocean City, Endless Summer Cruisin', OC Bikefest, Ocean City Boat Show, and more. Also just a short drive or bike ride (about 12 blocks) from the north end of the Boardwalk. Additional amenities include beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie board for guests to use, as well as an outdoor shower as you come off the beach (with shower head and foot wash).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
