Disappointing Experience, Needs Improvement
I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the property has potential, it fell short in several key areas.
One major issue was the constant smell of marijuana from the balconies, despite it being advertised as a smoke-free zone. I voiced my concerns to the staff, but no action was taken, which was frustrating. Additionally, my room's phone didn't work, and the front desk neglected to inform me of this. There were no apologies or attempts to make amends, which I found unacceptable considering the price I paid.
Though the staff were nice, they were limited in providing information and assistance. The food options were subpar and overpriced, not aligning with what I expected from a family-friendly establishment. I genuinely wonder what "kid-friendly" means when the balcony experience is overshadowed by marijuana smoke.
Overall, while I like the hotel's atmosphere, it needs to improve security and ensure that its smoke-free policy is enforced. With some adjustments, I believe it could be a much nicer place to stay.
