Great condo in a great community. Very clean and well stocked. Close to Marisols store, which made for convenient coffee runs. Our two small kids loved the private bay beach and pool, which is a short/easy walk away. Would stay again for sure!

Great 2nd stay at Sunset Island

This is our 2nd time staying at this spacious condo with family. We love the privacy on property with the pool and small beaches, which is ideal for younger kids. Location is close to everything. My only complaint would be that there should be a beach cart included as it is a few minute walk to the pool/beach area. Otherwise the property is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and the property is very clean. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to come back next year!

Sunset Island is the best

The property was clean, well appointed and had the best instructions I’ve received with a rental property. It was also, a great location and very quiet. The property manager has been very nice and on top of things. We will be returning to this property next year 😎 the only problem was not being able to use the pool the first night because the check in office closed at 4:30, which we didn’t know, and with check in time at 4:00, it was a tight window, we ran into traffic and we got there at 4:45 😐

Wonderful place to stay

It was our first time in Sunset Island and at this property and we loved it. The kids were able to ride their bikes every day, go to the pool, to the beach. The bay side beach was super close and the public beach was only a 6-8 minute walk. The property was clean and well kept. Overall a great vacation, thank you!

Great location in Midtown and close to the ocean (8 min walk). Property was beautiful!

Great property and location. Kitchen had everything we needed except paper goods to start. Linens were missing upon arrival but was rectified right away. Bedrooms/bathrooms were nice sizes. All in all, a great first time trip to OCMD and a very smooth VRBO booking process!

Absolutely loved the location and layout of this little community. The house that we rented was very spacious and Debbie was very quick with her responses. The only thing I would say needed to have more attention was the floors. They didn’t not seem clean, they felt as if cleaner fluid was caked on and a lot of dust under beds as well as around furniture. When my husband and I arrived we actually found a mop and just used hot water to clean all the floors and we were very surprised to see how dirty the water came. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

What a beautiful condo! We had a very nice stay. I would highly recommend this place for any family coming to OCMD. Exceptionally clean and great location. Sunset Island offers some great ammenities as well.

Wonderful location

Incredibly clean and well-kept place. Sunset Island is the perfect location for anybody traveling to Ocean City with young babies. The only place we’d stay. The rental had ample space for our family of five, and enough amenities to keep us all entertained. The only issue we encountered was that there was construction going on right outside the unit, which made it hard to get our double stroller up to the door. Completely out of the property-owners hands. Would absolutely rent here again.

Great amenities!

Beautiful condo and the amenities at Sunset Island are great! It was nice to be able to grab a morning coffee or have a drink by the bay without leaving the neighborhood! Would be a perfect spot to bring small children. And the ocean is an easy walk across the street. We also loved the spacious bathrooms, kitchen, and covered porch overlooking the park.
