Relax and make memories at Ocean Breeze Oasis! This fully renovated home has everything you need for a FUNtastic getaway. Whether spending time at Ocean Gate Beach, Splash Park, or relaxing by the pool!

We are three short blocks away from the mile-long boardwalk and beach. Are you looking for something more private? No problem! Spend time in the fenced-in backyard with the pool, BBQ, and lawn games!

We are short distances to Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant Beach, LBI, and Atlantic City!

The Space:
Our house has three bedrooms. Each featuring queen size beds. The Living room has a full-size sofa bed. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The main bedroom boasts a walk-in closet with changing and vanity area. Enjoy family filled memories both outside and inside the home.
Pool is now OPEN for 2025 season!

We have two security cameras on the property. A ring doorbell and a camera in the backyard. There are no cameras inside. We value and respect your privacy inside our home!

We had such a great stay at Ocean Breeze! We were in town for my daughter's nationals dance competition in Toms River. Location to everything was perfect. We took advantage of the pool, being near the beach, splash pad, and the pickleball courts! We had 3 children and my elderly parents with us and this house was perfect for everyone. The first floor bedroom with the walk-in shower and seat in there was great for my father. My daughters had a blast in the pool just about every day and the games inside. They got a kick out of eating their breakfast in the nook each morning. My husband and I really enjoyed having the upstairs bedroom and bathroom all to ourselves. We had a busy week of dance, so having space for all of that and the washer and dryer was exactly what we needed. Many of our friends were staying in Seaside Heights, and the drive there to see them was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Having a playground right there was perfect for my toddlers! Austin and Casey put together a great booklet with all the info we needed and more! They've paid attention to every detail with the amenities. Highly recommend staying at Ocean Breeze! Thanks for a great week!

Lovely

I wish we'd had more time to enjoy the amenities of the property. We were in town for an event so mostly just slept at the property - very comfortable beds, close walk to the boardwalk along the beach. 3 pickle ball and 1 tennis court right next door. Quiet time from 10p-8a! Property owners are very hospitable and provided anything we could have needed (including DECAF coffee grounds - thank you!). While there, we went to Grit and Grace for meals (2 breakfast and a lunch) which were great (food and service). Highly recommend, and we're thinking about visiting again.

Fantastic home

Myself, my husband, my 3 children, my in laws and my mother all stayed for a weekend for my sons baseball tournament. Although there were 8 of us, we had plenty of space. The kids loved the pool and all of the games and toys that were supplied. The only thing is, we wish the yard had been mowed prior to our arrival and the cushions needed to be washed on the deck. We also ran out of toilet paper and paper towels pretty quickly, but there is a great big grocery store right around the corner. We will be staying again for sure! Beautiful home.

Great Weekend Getaway

Our family rented this cute bungalow for the weekend as we were in town for a funeral service and had family members traveling from throughout the country. Perfectly fit our needs! Many houses in this area are small (and feel this way) but we never felt like that. Bedrooms were a great size as was the dining and living rooms. Would definitely recommend!

Nice find

I would recommend this spot to anyone and look forward to staying again. The house and neighborhood was clean and family friendly. When we weren't at the beach, we were at the house enjoying the pool, grill and games that were made available to us. The rooms were spacious and the layout of the house was too. I wish we could have stayed longer. But we plan to visit again. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the distance to Island Beach State Park. We were under the impression that it was closer to the house. That is our favorite beach to go to and it was about a 40 min drive. Nonetheless, the overall stay was still 5 stars and despite the distance to that beach we had a blast each day of our stay. Thank you, Austin!

Great place.

This was a wonderful rental. As soon as you walk in you can see the care the hosts have put into this home. My family and I came for 6 days from Oregon. The house was super clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked as was every room. Laundry and hygiene products. The pool was clean and inviting. Host's checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. There were pool toys, beach stuff , you name it they thought of everything. I cant wait to come back.
