The Neighborhood:
Embrace the surf and river lifestyle with a morning dip or a leisurely paddle. The nearby Groove Café offers local tastes within walking distance, and for golf enthusiasts, the course is at the end of the street. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Blue Waters Lake reserve, a sanctuary for native birdlife and tranquil picnics.

Our beautiful local surf beach is approx 1km away. Ocean Grove Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking and is patrolled in summer months.

13th Beach offers long beach walks and waves for advanced surfers.

Barwon River (1min away at end of our street) caters to fishing, swimming, SUPing, kayaking, and walking the shoreline. It is also the home of the Ocean Grove Parkrun, a 5km free timed run/walk that occurs at 8.00am on Saturday mornings (except for busy summer period).

The house is situated a 15min walk from The Terrace shopping precinct, with plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries, breweries around the region.

Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 10 mins drive away.

Getting Around:
Nestled in a peaceful nook of Ocean Grove, this home places you within a mere 200m walk to the Barwon River boat ramp and the local Golf Club. A gentle stroll leads you to Ocean Grove’s surf beach and the serene Blue Waters Lake reserve. The property’s ideal location ensures lifestyle convenience, with easy access to riverside walks, beach days, and local dining spots like the Groove Café, just 170m away.

Buses to and from Ocean Grove/ Barwon Heads / Geelong. Closest train station (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
