The open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly onto the north-facing garden and outdoor deck, creating a versatile space to soak up the sun, enjoy a meal alfresco, or simply relax with a book. The garden features a fire pit and BBQ, ideal for evening gatherings, weekend barbecues, or cosy nights under the stars. Whether youâre lounging in one of the two living spaces on the sofa with a movie, sharing a long breakfast around the dining table, or enjoying a quiet moment on the deck, every corner of the home has been designed for comfort and connection.
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a joy, with modern appliances, ample bench space, and everything you need to cook for the whole family. The home accommodates up to 8 guests across four well-appointed sleeping areas: a master King bedroom with ensuite, a Queen bedroom, a double bunk room, and a sofa bed in a separate section of the second living area â perfect for flexible arrangements and privacy for families or small groups. Guest Access:
Most of the house is accessible - except for the unit outside which is blocked off for access. Parking and access to the house is available on Wiltons Road only. The garage is available for use but is only suitable for vehicles with high ground clearance (low suspension/chassis cars are NOT to use the garage). Parking is not permitted on the Thacker Street side of the property.
Interaction with Guests:
Please note I will not be available in person during your stay. I have a management team in place to assist guests with any questions or issues which may arise during their stay.

The house borders the quieter end of Thacker Street on one side and is located on a bus route with the local bus going through Barwon Heads and on to Geelong. The road can get busy particularly during commute times. The property however is well shielded by a high, private fence and double glazed windows to the main living area which contributes to its private retreat feel.
Please do not use the garage if you have a low suspension/chassis vehicle - this is due to the dip in the driveway as it connects to the garage space. Low ground clearance vehicles will scrape the floor. We do not take any responsibly for damage to vehicles using the garage.
