Coastal Beach Retreat w/Pool, Tiki Bar & Ocean Views - Access to Resort @ OIB

Paradise West, located at 100 West Second Street in The Resort at OIB, is a beautifully decorated and spacious five-bedroom, five-bathroom vacation home just steps from the beach. Situated on a prime corner lot, this luxurious property offers partial ocean views and easy beach access, making it an ideal retreat for families. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the house features a reverse floor plan and includes two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed.

The top floor serves as the main living area, offering a large, open-concept space with a 70” Smart TV, fireplace, and a fully equipped modern kitchen that includes two full-size refrigerators. The first floor provides a second living area with a 65” Smart TV, wet bar, and mini-fridge. An elevator gives access to all levels, and there is central heating and air, a high-efficiency washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, Keurig and regular coffeemaker, and Wi-Fi throughout.

Enjoy your time outdoors with a private 12x24 pool, a tiki bar featuring a large screen TV, sink, and mini-fridge, two covered outdoor dining areas (one on the deck with a partial ocean view and one by the pool), as well as two outdoor showers. The home also offers large breezy decks on both levels, complete with upscale outdoor furniture for lounging in the shade or sun. A dedicated golf cart charging outlet is available, and keyless entry makes check-in easy.

All five bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, bringing the total number of TVs in the home to eight—including one in each bedroom, the two living areas, and the tiki bar. While cable is not provided, guests can stream content using their own accounts. The home is also “handicap friendly” and includes a queen-size Murphy bed in the lower-level living area.

Sleeping arrangements include a king and a queen bedroom on the top floor, a second king master on the lower level along with another queen bedroom, and a bunk room with three sets of twin bunk beds (six total beds).


*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

As a guest of The Resort at OIB, you’ll have access to the private oceanfront clubhouse, which includes a pool, private beach access, a bath area, and a crab dock. The heart of Ocean Isle Beach, with its restaurants and attractions, is only a short ten-minute walk away. This is a non-smoking, no-pet property.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
