Bring your boat! There is plenty of room in the driveway and you are five minutes from two public boat launches. Take your kayak to the small watercraft boat launch at the end of the street for a mellow day on the water. Stroll one street over and enjoy the community picnic table on the ICW. Bring your golf clubs! There are over 30 courses within a short distance.

The kitchen is complete with everything you could need to prepare the most delicious meals and the propane grill, and an outdoor dining area will be waiting for you in the fully enclosed backyard, or enjoy your meal at the bar on the front deck.
