Approximately a mile from the water, Tranquility on Teringo is a beautiful, three-bedroom, fully fenced-in property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. 

This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a fully fenced-in backyard for relaxing in the Gulf breezes.

Tranquility on Teringo is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. 

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home.

Tranquility on Teringo features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including oven/stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you would rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV, and a sleeper sofa for an extra place to sleep if needed. 

In the Primary Bedroom, you will find a Queen bed and SmartTV, and in the two guest bedrooms, you will find a Queen bed in one, and the other has bunk beds with a pull-out trundle bed for additional sleeping space. Each has Smart TVs.

There are two bathrooms, one full with a combination shower/tub and one half bathroom. We have a tankless water heater for continuous hot water.

The property has high-speed wireless Internet, and two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling.

We have a large, fully enclosed fenced-in backyard and firepit. To relax and enjoy the Gulf Coast air.

***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation, or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front by the entrance, garage & backyard. There are no inside cameras.***

Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide an electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost.

While at Tranquility on Teringo you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

The house was lovely! It was very clean, and had such a homey feel. The owners really did think of everything - coffee pods, cell phone chargers on the bedside tables, and all the personal hygiene extras in the bathroom! Truly thoughtful! The golf cart was a wonderful bonus too. My husband and I did take advantage of the fire pit area as well. We really enjoyed our weekend here!

Peace on Teringo

Stay At Teringo June 2025

Our trip down to Teringo was better than we could have hoped. I was able to find every thing that was needed for a comfortable stay very quickly and easily. I also had some questions upon arrival that our host was very quick to answer and very helpful. I felt as if I had constant contact to the host which made it feel like a more intimate experience. We planned the trip to visit a friend from College and we were worried that we might have had trouble finding somewheres close by, but we found the perfect location on Teringo and we cannot wait to come back!! We all want to thank our Host for allowing a couple of strangers to enjoy their lovely property and amenities that came with it. We hope to be back sooner rather than later and hope to continue a good relationship!

We absolutely loved our stay in Ocean Springs! A safe, sweet, southern city. From the second we walked into this property, we felt right at home! The home was so clean (pleasantly surprised as it was more so than our Marriott stay on the way down). We appreciated the hosts, the communication, information shared (left us with zero questions) and all of their attention to detail- you can tell their goal is to ensure you feel at home
 From stocked coffee, stocked kitchen utensils and appliances (REAL kitchen essentials, not flimsy cheap ones) bathroom essentials and even little hygiene essentials, just incase you forgot. Board games, kids books, so many extra blankets and pillows
 The thoughtful attention to details went on and on. I truly felt comfortable like I was staying with a sweet family member- with the perks of a solo family trip. The golf cart was incredible and a fantastic touch, this truly made us enjoy our stay even more. Something about cruising downtown, around the beach, with the salty breeze, no stress about parking, hauling things and sand in and out of your car. Ugh I could gush, just go on and on. I will 1000000% stay with this host again, everything wasn’t good, or great, it was PERFECT!!!!!

it is very obvious that the owners reinvest into this property! super clean. appliances worked perfectly. big yard is enclosed for dog/s! strong fans, high water pressure, tons of “extras.” quiet streets.not quite as convenient to get to downtown and front beach but 10 minute golf cart rides were fun!!

Fun and Restful Girls’ Weekend

Our group of five friends recently visited Ocean Springs and stayed at Tranquility on Teringo. What a treat this house was! It’s in a great location central to everything we did. We visited the weekend of the Arts Festival, which was an unexpected delight. We ate, drank, and shopped and made great use of the golf cart. Our host was great and very attentive. We can’t recommend this place enough!
