Please note that the Bay Forest community does charge an additional fee for the use of the community amenities. This fee gives access for your entire stay and will be charged as part of the reservation process. Amenity fees will be payable by guest to the property owner at the time of booking $50.00 per pass/person, a maximum of 6 passes (The 6 pass limit is set by the community, however guests 4 and under do not need a pass).

Note: Amenity fees need to be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the booking date in order to use the amenities.

Do not cut through the neighbors' yards to access the back of the house.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property.

Please rinse off sand before entering the house, and ideally, avoid wearing shoes indoors.

Only registered guests are permitted; no unauthorized guests per Airbnb's terms and conditions.

Food and drinks (other than water) are not allowed in the bedrooms.

Parking is limited to the driveway or designated spots across the street; on-street parking is not allowed.

Follow all check-out instructions before departing.

No open flames or candles are permitted inside the home.

Do not rearrange furniture.

Notify the host promptly if anything is broken or not working.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the host is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

No illegal activities are permitted on the property.
