There is also half bath powder room.   There is also a two-car garage that can be used for either parking or storage.

The second floor comes complete with three additional bedrooms, one of which doubles as an extra large family room with an extra large sectional sofa and big screen TV. There is also a full bath on the 2nd floor and a loft which providesa a gathering space for playing board games or a great spot to hide away and enjoy a good book.
