Conveniently located near fantastic eateries, arts, entertainment, wineries, and family-friendly activities, your group will always have a full and fun schedule to look forward to. Play a round of golf at the nearby course, chalk up some friendly competition at the tennis or basketball courts, or lounge about the sparkling pool to have a great time while staying close to home base. Play all day at the beach by renting or participating in excursions along the shore, by parasailing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, and more.

The unit is a newly purchased home that has been updated. Inside, you'll find a bright interior filled with lots of natural light, comfortable furniture throughout, and aesthetically pleasing decor to make you feel at home. With wall-mounted TVs in both the living area and the loft and 2 additional TVs in the master bedroom and in the upstairs bedroom, there will be no fighting over what to watch for movie night! The beautiful kitchen and dining area are spacious, practical, and inviting. Hobby chefs will love using the stainless steel appliances and floating island breakfast bar to prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks. With four comfortable bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to get a good night's rest. Don't forget to wash off the sand and sunscreen in the luxurious walk-in shower. At the end of the day, enjoy sitting in the backyard with your evening glass of wine.

Things to Know
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
There is no cable; only YouTube TV and other streaming services are available. There are 4 TVs available for streaming.
Amenity/pool wristbands are $38/week/person over age six - must be purchased by the renter at the clubhouse.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
