Welcome to your dream Oceanside retreat, a luxurious 4-bedroom oceanfront haven that promises an unforgettable stay. This stunning beachfront property spans 2,806 square feet, offering ample space for up to 10 guests.

The layout is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and convenience. The master bedroom, "Seacoast," features a plush king-size bed, while the "Starlight" room offers a serene king-size bed for a restful night. The "Catamaran" and "Cape" rooms each have a cozy full-size bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all. Three full bathrooms are available, including two en-suites, providing convenience and privacy.

Step into the open-concept living and dining areas, where panoramic doors and a deck/patio seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee with the provided Mr. Coffee machine and Keurig coffee maker.

Relax on the oceanfront deck, complete with a BBQ grill and fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings. Wireless internet, air conditioning, and heating ensure comfort year-round. Linens, beach towels, and all necessary amenities are provided for your convenience.

The common grass area is shared amongst the 4 units.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

We were so thrilled with the oceanfront view and the condition of the property. The check in check out was seamless. The sound of the surf was so relaxing! The only negative was the king mattresses were not that comfortable and there was not a tv in every bedroom. At this price point, I would expect a better mattress for a great night’s sleep. I would definitely book again if the mattresses get replaced with a firmer mattress.

Just a little beachside getaway

We live in Florida but I grew up in North San Diego County. I was actually born in Oceanside. When we come out to visit friends and family we really enjoy staying right on the beach. This property checks all the boxes. The view, the layout, that is right on the beach but just a block away from the madness makes it a perfect location. Super clean and the property managers are right on any issue. We did have one, but it was resolved in seconds, literally. Great location and customer service makes for a great vacation, thank you!!! We brought in 2024 at this property and truly enjoyed hearing the waves crashing against the rocks. It was a great way to celebrate the New Year! There are a lot of fun things to do downtown and nearby cities.

Fantastic stay!

This is about our stay during this time. Your stay could be different from ours. We too have a vacation rental and appreciate honest reviews. Check in process and communication could not have been better. We are very familiar with the Oceanside area so we were very pleased with the location. Most activities, restaurants, breweries etc., are walkable. The house is very large and accommodating which was great for the nine adults and one child in our group. Well equipped for cooking and serving and plenty of towels. Very clean, of course being right on the ocean you can see a few rust spots here and there but that is unpreventable and unavoidable. This did not deter the fact that the place is beautiful! Living room doors that open fully to enjoy the ocean breeze and sound. The ocean is right at your feet, so to speak. The beds were all comfortable and all felt fresh. The garage is tight to park in but it is very clean. We parked on the street as it was easier for us. Pay attention to the parking signs though! I do agree with one review that the kitchen chairs do feel like you are sitting in a bucket but they are still ok to use. One of the outside tables could use some work on it as well as it is very wobbly. Other than those minor things the place is awesome! I would recommend staying here and we are already trying to figure out another stay.

The best short vacay!

The condo was exactly as listed and decorated with style. The property managers were in constant contact before and during our stay. We did notice that the front gate code did not work but access was otherwise so smooth and without a hitch that I could not bring myself to bother them. Everything you need is there. We only brought food and water. A few thoughts: the condo gets tons of light and that is a good thing but curtains to block all that light at night might be nice for the rooms. We brought sleep masks. The neighbors had a kitchen fire and a 2am car accident so just be aware that there may be a lot going on around you - our party in the front didn’t even notice for the constant, awesome sound of the breaking waves! Although the ocean is right in front of you (dolphins and surfers and sailboats too) it is a 10 minute walk to the beach which is protected by a strip of rocks so just be prepared for walking over them. Overall we had a fantastic time. We would head back right now if we could. The condo is well maintained and leaves you with nothing be positive vibes and memories. Thank you so much:)

View was absolutely gorgeous but the place itself was not worth the money. Carpet was stained it was the first thing we saw. Furniture was worn out clean looking but the springs the foam under chairs was not supportive and carpet in the bathroom in the second bathroom. One screen was ripped, one window didn't even have a screen the front gate was rusted out didn't lock etc. for the money they just need to invest in the furniture and get rid of the carpet fix the screens etc.

My issue was no beach we could sit at for miles. Very rocky area. The listing said a beach was close by, we could not find it. Also the firepit had work being done and was closed off. I looked for properties with fire pits so this was very disappointing. The house itself was better then what I thought it would be. The views are unbelieveable.

Really beautiful location if you love oceanfront - we do! Gorgeous interior design. Open floor plan from top of stairs to out on the balcony was great for all of us to just be together. Fireplace in living room is broken and some new frying pans/pots would be a great update. The light switches were often confusing (automatic shut off) and very very bright blue lights that are built into the light switches - not a problem overall but in the bedrooms it was a bit much. Getting into the property was a little confusing but we eventually figured it out. There is a shared space right below the balcony with three other apartments but it didn't really impact anyone. Never wanted to leave the balcony. Dolphins, seals, gorgeous ocean + F A M I L Y that we hadn't seen in way too long....we all really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

We had a very nice time. Location was great! The only complaint I have was the sound system did not work for the tv. Had to buy batteries for the remote also. Other than that it has everything you would need.

Family vacation

Great location. Clean and spacious facility. Met our expectations. Very relaxing and we all had privacy. Not sure how much access we had to the lawn area or what bar-Q to use....a little confusing. Would of loved beach access right in front but just a small and fun walk to the beach further down. Glad to have beach toys to use in garage Cooking skillets need to be replaced. Also knifes need to be replaced Overall very satisfied!
