THE SPACE:
This private basement unit features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed ,and the other with a full-size bed, plus a trundle couch in the living room for extra sleeping space.

The full kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances including a microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Reliable Starlink satellite internet ensures seamless connectivity for work or streaming.

The bathroom comes stocked with travel essentials like toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, all paraben-free, cruelty-free, and eco-friendly in biodegradable or recyclable packaging.

Laundry access is available upon request. If you need something not already provided, just let us know, we’re happy to help!

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private access to the basement unit.

To reach the entrance, open the front yard gate, follow the walkway past the upstairs front door, and continue around the corner to the basement door.

The entrance is secured with a pin-coded lock, which will be set to the last 4 digits of your phone number and shared before arrival.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard.

Other Things to Note:
For the safety of our guests and property, outdoor security cameras are located on the front, sides, and back of the home. Coverage includes doorbell cameras at each entrance and a driveway/garage view. There are no cameras inside the unit.

We live in the upstairs unit and are mindful of noise. While the spaces are completely separate, we ask guests to be considerate during quiet hours. If you ever find the temperature uncomfortable or need anything during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re happy to help.

The Odd-Den is located on the East Bench of Ogden, within 5 minutes of multiple hiking trails and outdoor recreation spots, making it a convenient base for outdoor adventures.
