The property is bordering the nationally acclaimed Rachael Carson Wildlife Sanctuary. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with a 30" freestanding electric range, large bathroom with tub and shower, very large bedroom with two full-size beds. An enclosed seasonal porch that opens up into the sitting room which can be closed off for more privacy or left open to offer more space. Three smart televisions, and WI-FI access. AC/heat in all of the rooms. Outside a private gas grill, picnic table, and chairs are available for you to enjoy. Our resort offers you a large, heated pool and spa. There are two children's play areas. There is also a basketball court, bocce court, and horseshoes for your enjoyment. No smoking of any kind allowed inside the cottage. A laundry matt and a library are located on the property. No blankets, bedspreads, comforters, or throw pillows are included. Guest must provide all their own linens, towels, and bedding including sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, and washcloths. Parking for two cars. We are within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It is also within biking and walking distance to the harbor and beach.
