Surrounded by the vibrant energy of the 23rd Street district, Plaza and Paseo residents can easily explore a plethora of eclectic restaurants, trendy cafes, and charming boutiques right at their doorstep.

It is safe just in front of a church. You will have ocasional homeless people walking by but that’s typical for every big city.

You access everything in the appartment while your stay. If you would like to request an early check-in, please feel free to reach out to us on the day of your arrival around 10 AM. We'll verify the status of our previous guests to ensure their departure before we can confirm your request. Additionally, please note that an early check-in or late check-out fee may apply for this option.

Once your booking is complete, we kindly request that you upload a photo of your ID through the booking portal. This measure is in place to ensure the safety of our community. Thank you for your understanding! Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray. We won’t be able to do a refund for that as it is typical thing happening. We want to assure you know it before you book.
