Apartment located at the gates of Porto Rotondo in a very quiet area surrounded by greenery. It enjoys an excellent view of the marine panorama and a terrace where you can spend moments of relaxation and conviviality. This house offers one of the most fascinating views of the Sardinian coast. The dominant position allows you to enjoy open views of the sea, among intense colours, spectacular sunsets and the typical elegant and relaxed atmosphere of the area. The rooms are spacious, very bright and designed to live in the house in total comfort. The accommodation is located on the first floor, without a lift.



The accommodation is spread over two levels. On the first floor of the house there is a large lounge, spacious and well-ventilated, a welcoming space where natural light enters generously throughout the day, creating a warm and refined atmosphere, perfect for moments of relaxation or socialising. In the same living area there is an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, and the splendid terrace with sea views and complete with an outdoor table. On the lower floor there is the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, the first a double bedroom and the second with a pull-out bed. On the same level we find the bathroom with a bathtub.

Diamond of Gallura, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most exclusive places in Sardinia and throughout Italy. It is indeed a holiday destination for celebrities who stay in the facilities developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that extends from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The reference point is the well-equipped tourist marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture also have fundamental importance for this locality inspired by Venice, whose houses with flowering terraces overlook the charming alleyways that lead to Piazzetta San Marco.
