Neue KĂŒche im zweiten Stock mit Blick auf 7 Meilen von Strand ... eine unglaubliche Aussicht installiert. Von vorne nach großen Raum zurĂŒck. Erinnerungen an ein Leben lang. Ca. 75 Meter zum Strand.

Das Layout ist wie folgt: 1. Stock: KĂŒche, Wohnzimmer, Butler Speisekammer, Wintergarten, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei BĂ€der, Diele, Waschmaschine und Trockner. 2. Stock: offener Raum, neue KĂŒche mit Granit, Edelstahl-Anlagen, neue Schlafzimmer, 2. be Zimmer w / französisches Bett, 2 neue BĂ€der, neue Wohnzimmer, neue französisch TĂŒren aus der KĂŒche, hartes Holz, Ziegel, Ein Wohnzimmer verfĂŒgen ĂŒber Queen-Size-Betten, New französisch TĂŒren aus Master, Plasma-TV, Surround-Sound und Gas-Kamin.

Everything about this stay was perfect! Pauline had all details written out and ready with keys at our arrival. She was always ready to help if something was needed too. As for the house, it was great! It couldn’t have been any closer to the water and it had all the amenities you could need. I hope we can find availability in the future as well!

Great Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the beach and ocean views. It is a great location to be steps from beach access and a reasonable walk to the Old Orchard Pier, shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The house has been nicely updated and it has great furniture and appliances. There are ample supplies available. Plenty of beach chairs, towels etc. The owners are responsive and accessible.

Excellent Location

The house is located just steps from the beach. It was close enough to the pier area but far enough to be quiet and private. The size of the house was perfect for our party (5 adults, 2 teens & a small dog) and the fenced-in backyard and parking are great perks.

Family Vacation

7 adults and 4 children under the age of 3. Property is perfect location! Steps to beach and close to town. Made the ocean days easy and relaxing. Plenty of parking for the family. Upstairs renovations are beautiful! reverse living with some great views. Downstairs was great for little ones to sleep at night. We enjoyed the music from Tikki Hut (ends early) We have been doing family vacations for years and all my adult kids said this was the best one yet! You cant beat this location! Hosts were great to work with. We will definitely return. The only item missing was night time fire( I believe this is a permit issue)

Great home with lots of options

We loved our stay here. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. The views from the deck and the house are awesome. We even enjoyed having the fenced in yard (with grass!) for a one-year-old to play in. We also loved the multiple living areas and kitchens (you should update the listing to reflect that!) They came in handy for our large group. There were a few confusing things that took us a while to figure out (the check-in sheet could/should be more clear!) but the host was very responsive and helpful. And one bedroom didn't have direct access to AC but I suspect most nights, the windows could be open. (We just got a hot week!) Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

Amazing Family Summer Escape

Great location, layout and features. Unbeatable proximity to the beach, and with the private driveway it is never an issue coming and going. It is a nice distance from the center of Old Orchard St, so the beach is never too busy or packed as it is when you get closer to the pier. The house was great for having a kids room on the lower floor and not worrying about noise upstairs or on the deck. Please note that while there is a tiki bar listed at the nearby hotel to the property, they didnt play music past 6 or 7 depending on the booking, so it made for great ambiance while having dinner and drinks, without a worry about ongoing late night noise. Fenced backyard was also amazing for providing a safe outdoor spot for little kids to play while packing or unpacking for the beach. This is truly a gem of a rental in old orchard beach and I hope we can snag it again in the future. Some of us had to do a bit of remote work during the trip and the internet was robust and could handle that with other streaming tv services, which is always a nice bonus for a vacation rental!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this house, just steps from our favorite beach. Plenty of room for the eight of us, super clean, well stocked from towels to any kitchen items you may ever need! Loved all the beach decorations and the reverse living idea. The owners were extremely prompt in answering any questions we had, no matter how small. I would absolutely rent this property again. Parcher by the Sea- July 2022

The location of this house was why we chose it and it did not disappoint us. Family who grew up on near the Jersey shore had never stayed so close to the water. They loved it and that were crowds were much smaller. The weather was beautiful and this made for some warm sleeping nights but there was usually a breeze. We enjoyed the tiki bar happy hour next door from the deck. Pauline was very responsive to our questions on local services. Highly recommend this place! One comment about check in- I did not realize the door would be unlocked and we could just go in. You do need to push the front door a little too but otherwise we loved it!

Outstanding week at Parcher By The Sea

Our expectations of Parcher By The Sea were met and exceeded. Our family of 10 had an outstanding week. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was readily available, and in great condition. Location to the beach and OOB downtown is excellent! Pauline and Steve were the best VRBO hosts we have experienced. Pauline was readily available if we had questions. We got several messages just wanting us to know they were available if we needed anything. We would be staying there next year, but our family has grown recently to fourteen (our son and his wife had twins three weeks ago). Thank you Pauline and Steve for an outstanding week!

Feel like you are home...but with a beach!

This house was exactly as advertise. We had plenty of room for all of us. We were able to eat upstairs, downstairs and on the deck, while listening to the music from the nearby Tiki Bar! The beach chairs were first class and very easy to carry to the beach, which was only a few steps away. Thanks for providing a wonderful house to enable us to have a great time.

House was in a perfect location
.almost right on the beach and 1 mile from the pier/downtown. Nice master bedroom. Freezer only on first floor. Upstairs kitchen has new appliances with plenty of counter space. Bedrooms are pretty small. House fits 8 adults comfortably. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Plenty of parking available. Lots of good restaurants close by.

We loved our stay in Old Orchard Beach!

This house did not disappoint and the hosts were amazing. They responded to us immediately when we had questions. The views from the upper level were beautiful and the house was very comfortable. The added bonus was the little tiki bar next door and the live beach music they played most afternoons. We will be back for sure!

Had a fabulous time at this wonderful seaside home.. it had everything we needed and we were just steps to the beach. The owners were wonderful and very quick to address any questions. Parcher by Sea - Perfect OOB Vacation Home

Beautifully appointed 2 story vacation home, steps to beach. Plenty of space both inside and out, Large fenced backyard with chairs & outdoor shower & beach chairs, Beautiful 2nd floor with updated kitchen, beautiful views of the ocean and outdoor deck. The 2nd floor was the gathering spot each morning and evening for our family. Great location on OOB, just past the hotels- beaches were not crowded and equidistant to either Pier or Pine Point,. Had a great time with our children and granddaughter, You won't be disappointed .
