Relaxing Stay

My wife & I totally enjoyed this property the entire 5 days that we stayed! The home and Old Orchard Beach were very relaxing and would totally stay there again! The amenities were spot on and had everything you could possibly need to provide a relaxing stay while away from home! Fit the bill!

Timely communication, two parking spots was a bonus, short walk to the boardwalk and beach, unit itself was clean and plenty of room for the four of us. The 5:30 am train wake up call every morning was a surprise!

Clean, safe, friendly family fun

Very clean and comfortable property minutes away (walking) from the Pier. Once you are at the Pier you will have all you need for a fun family vacation. Anne and Peter are awesome! They immediately replied to all of our messages and questions. They made our beach day smooth and easy as they have all you need on the property for a great family beach day. We utilized their beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and boogie boards that our daughters loved. We did not need it but they also had umbrellas, beach tents, and other beach accessories for those families traveling with younger children. AC units work great, kitchen appliances are modern, TV's in each bedroom and living room. Plenty of board games and family games in the property. Very quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood. Two private parking spots in front of the property. Great place to stay at Old Orchard Beach that will make you feel as though you are home.

Great townhome with attention to detail!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The townhome was updated & clean with lots of little details that made the stay very comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again! Some things: the air conditioning was window units, but every room had one, they were on when we arrived, and they really cooled the house nicely. We were very comfortable our entire stay. The walk to the beach and downtown was about 6-8 minutes - like the listing said close, but on a quiet side street, which was nice. Lastly there is a train that woke us up a few nights, but that’s probably true for any property in Old Orchard as the tracks run right through town! Overall, this is a great property and definitely recommend!

Great time at Old Orchard Beach!

This property was excellent. Very clean and up to date. Our family of four had a great time and the condo and it was a very comfortable place to retreat to at the end of a long day at the beach. The beach and plenty of restaurants were just a 5 minute walk away. Great location.

Great Rental

Rental was clean and as described. Anne was very good at communicating and accommodating. Rental was very close walking distance to the pier but far enough where it wasn’t noisy at night. There are train tracks nearby but we hardly heard them go by. Only issue I had with the property as a whole was the parking. Each unit has 2 parking spots but most have a staircase within one of the spaces, making it smaller. I was nervous at first but was able to park my 3rd row SUV in the spot and never had an issue with other vehicles getting by. Thanks for the stay Anne! We had a great time!

Put us down for a return!

Having stayed in Old Orchard dozens of times, we can say this was the best yet. Clean, spacious & supplied with all the comforts/conveniences of home. So refreshing when compared to the typical hotel 'box' experience. All this within a 5 minute walk to the beach! Thanks for being such a great host. If we're unsuccessful in purchasing our own place, count on us being 1st in line for next summer! Geoff & Carolina

Superb stay convenient to everything!

We enjoyed our two-week stay in Old Orchard Beach as I grew up in the area and been coming to OOB and nearby Pine Point since I was a kid. Property was clean, comfortable and in quiet neighborhood just steps from the Pier. It was a great location for us for visiting family, friends and day trips around the greater Portland area.

Great Place

I really liked this house. Modern design with a very good kitchen. A couple of blocks from the main beach area. Getting to July 4th fireworks was a breeze. Good wifi and 2 TVs for times when you are not outside. Also had an air mattress and a beach trolley with beach chairs, which we found useful. One and a half baths which was ideal for 3 of us.

A quiet stay very close to the beach!

The property itself was great. We arrived shortly after check-in to a very clean condo that we had all to ourselves. The kitchen was ideal and had all utilities needed to cook dinner. The living space had a very nice couch with in-window A/C units that you could hardly even hear running. The bedrooms were very neat with sets of towels neatly folded on extremely comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us because OOB was quite busy during our stay (leading up to July 4) so we were able to stay somewhat distant from the noise of nightlife but we were close enough that town and the beach was well within walking distance. All in all, if you're looking for a nice beach house that is very close to town amenities (amusement park, shops, restaurants) but still want some peace and quiet, this place is perfect.

Maine trip

We loved this condo. It was so clean. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and anything you would need. Not far from the beach and shops, but very quiet. The beds were so comfortable. It is air conditioned so it was very comfortable. I am a cleaning lady by trade so when I say clean I truly mean just that. The kids loved all the tv selections. Disney Plus, Discovery Plus and the list goes on. Thank you Anne for that beautiful place.
